Our meetings are streamed using QuickTime Streaming. QuickTime is built-in to Mac OS X. However, you should always make sure you're on the latest version. You can download the latest version here.
If you your QuickTime is up-to-date and you're still not able to view the meeting, try this:
You should check/try changing your QuickTime Transport settings:
1) Open System Prefs
2) Click on QuickTime
3) Click on Advanced tab
4) Choose your Transport Setup setting. Normally "Automatic" is OK, however, try changing it to Custom and using HTTP on port 80. This has worked for most people that were having problems.
Also note that if you have a firewall or router with firewall and you're blocking ports, you need to open up port 554. Our meetings are streamed on port 554.
